She is a pianist and composer.
She graduated in Piano performance from the ‘G. B. Martini’ Conservatoire of Bologna and, with highest honours, from the Accademia Santa Cecilia in Rome in the highly advanced Chamber Music Course.
She attended masterclasses at the International Akademie der Hochchule Mozarteum (S. Perticaroli), the Artis Masterclass in Verona (G. Carmignola), and the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole (D. De Rosa, M. Jones, B. Canino, Trio Chaikowsky).
She regularly performs piano concerts both as a soloist and in a variety of ensembles in Italy and France.
She has been teaching at the ‘G. Martucci’ State Conservatoire of Salerno since 1996.
In 2001, she started living in Paris and began working as a composer.
She attended seminars on non-idiomatic improvisation delivered by A. Savouret at the Pôle Supérier of Paris; on orchestration held by A. Girard and M. Merlet; and on composition by F. Saint-Yves and F. Durieux.
She earned a Diplôme Supérieur in Film Score Composition at the École Normale in Paris under P. Menstral and in Electronic and Computer Music Composition at the CRR of Paris under D. Dufour.
She won first prize in the Radio Works category at the International Competition Di Stanze – Community Festival Art of Sound with her composition Talita Kum.
She has composed the movie soundtracks, ‘Dernier Appel’ and ‘Et voilà’.
