He graduated with honours in French Horn from the 'N. Rota' Conservatoire in Monopoli, Bari.
Both as a student and after graduating, he very regularly performed operatic and symphonic repertoires with the Petruzzelli Opera House Orchestra (Bari) touring different countries, including France, Germany, Brazil, and Egypt.
He also performed under the baton of worldwide renowned conductors: Daniel Oren, Donato Renzetti, M. De Bernart, Carlo Franci, S. Lipkin, F. M. Martini, Marcello Rota, and V. Miseraks.
He collaborated with other institutions, including ICO Orchestra of Magna Grecia, Symphony Orchestra 'U. Giordano', Solisti Dauni, and Collegium Musicae.
In his intense chamber music activity with the horn quartet ‘Quartet Apulia Hornist’ he has enjoyed great public audiences and participated in various national contests, including Stresa, Genova, and Matera.
He has recorded for the Enja and Bongiovanni labels as well as for Italian TV productions by RAI and Mediaset (Italy's national broadcasting companies), collaborating with pop artists, including Burt Bacharach, Dionne Warwick, Lucio Dalla, Antonella Ruggiero, Zucchero, and Fabio Concato.
Currently, he performs with ‘Big Band’ who take part in the most important international jazz festivals: Paris, Toulouse, Le Mans, Ravenna, and concerts held in London, Monaco, Berlin, Lille, Graz, Paris, Saint Denis, supporting soloists, including Pino Minafra, Roberto Ottaviano, Michel Godard, Gianluigi Trovesi, Bruno Tommaso, and Lucilla Galeazzi.
He worked at the Conservatoires of Venice, Potenza, Cosenza and currently teaches the Wind Instruments Course at the 'G. Martucci' Conservatoire of Salerno.
